When libraries acquire new books, less popular books are often culled to make room for the new books. What happens to these books once they are out of circulation?

This art installation explores the life cycle of books and the relationship between words, trees and paper.

Andrew Trull, Ottawa Valley Community Arts Co-artistic Director is a community poet, wordsmith and woodworker. He is currently exploring the relationship between words and the natural world.

This installation is part of Pop Up Art Ottawa Valley, an initiative that endeavors to embed meaningful art experience in everyday life.
